I'm there to train hard and most of the time I'm focused on working out. But if I see a girl or a guy with a great body, I'll definitely check them out. It's good to appreciate someone who trains hard.

Most definitely! Training keeps my mind healthy — not to mention my physique. When you feel sexy and confident, it works wonders in the bedroom.
